Where agencies use us
- A client system nobody on your team wants to touch: inherited, undocumented, several framework versions behind.
- Maintenance contracts that eat your margin because the system breaks at the weekend.
- Framework and PHP upgrades, migrations and the security questionnaires your clients ask for.
- Senior hands on a contract while your own seniors are tied up in new projects.
How capacity works
Work runs on a monthly retainer, sized to the contracts you bring and agreed in writing, with no long minimum term. It usually starts within one to two weeks of a signed scope; if something is urgent, say so in the first sentence of your email.
There are no fixed service hours. We work on EU time and stay flexible; what counts as an incident, and how quickly it is picked up, goes into the retainer in writing.
It is ownership of specific systems rather than staff augmentation.
Your client stays yours
We work in your repositories and your tools, and your client hears from you. We talk to your client only if and how you decide. An NDA is signed before any access if you want one, and your client's code and data go to an AI provider only with written agreement.
Delivery continuity
Delivery continuity is built into the work: client-owned repositories, tested changes, documentation, a short monthly report on what changed and why, and structured handover. At any moment the system can be handed to your own team, or to anyone else, in a better state than we found it.
How to start
Pick one client system. A two-week technical audit tells you, and your client, where it stands and what to do first; the retainer carries the work after that. Write to [email protected] with the stack and what hurts, and you get questions and a written proposal back within 24 hours on business days.
