An engineering company, not an agency.
COXSWAIN is a software engineering company in Bucharest. We take ownership of the software a business depends on and make it faster to ship, cheaper to run and safer to change. Behind the company are nearly ten years of production engineering: an enterprise SaaS platform migrated to Symfony 7 in 3 months, live production moved from AWS to Azure with about five minutes of downtime, and products of our own built from zero and run for paying clients.
Scar tissue, not slides
Incident shifts, escalations from enterprise accounts, database migrations on live data, a product pivot shipped under pressure. We know what systems look like at 3 a.m. and we write code so we do not end up there.
AI as a tool, with process
AI agents used daily for tests, review, migrations and documentation, including multi-agent setups, under the same quality gates as any human-written code. They compress time. Judgment stays human.
People, not just code
We have hired, trained and led engineers. When we hand a system back, we hand it back with documentation and with your team able to carry it forward.
