What data we process
- Contact form: name, email address and message content, provided voluntarily.
- Technical hosting data: standard access logs (IP address, user agent) processed by the hosting provider for security and operation.
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics services and loads no third-party resources.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients
Data is processed by our infrastructure providers acting as processors: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing) and Brevo (email delivery). These providers may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Correspondence is kept as long as necessary for the purpose it was sent for and for applicable legal obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
The security check tool
When you use the free check tool (entering a website address), we log the analysed address, the date, the IP address and the user-agent, to prevent abuse and to respond to the interest shown (legitimate interest). This data is kept for at most 90 days if you do not contact us afterwards. The analysis is passive: we only look at publicly available information.
The result is stored so you can reopen and share it through a link. The link carries an unguessable identifier and is not indexed by search engines, but anyone who receives it can read the report, so only send it to people you choose. The report is deleted together with the scan data, after at most 90 days.
If you turn on monthly monitoring, we keep your email address, the address of the monitored site and the results of previous checks, on the basis of your consent, until you unsubscribe. We only email you when the security posture of the site changes. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and if you do not confirm the subscription within 7 days we delete the address.
